Norberto Roldan: The beauty of history is that it does not reside in one place
TAKSU Singapore at Art Stage Singapore 2011, 13 – 16 January 2011

What does one make of unfamiliar objects and images one accidentally stumbles upon? What memories do they bring, what impressions do they make? Taking inspiration from photos of Adolf Hitler’s apartment in Berlin; Norberto Roldan continues to examine objects, their contemporary intrinsic value, and historical materiality in ‘The beauty of history is that it does not reside in one place’. Solo exhibition by Norberto Roldan, presented by TAKSU for Art Stage Singapore, 13 – 16 January 2011.
